I am a proud husband, father of three (and grandfather), and am someone who believes in living life with energy.

I have completed 13 Comrades Marathons and 13 fulldistance Ironman events, and still enjoy time on the water paddling or skiing. When I am not keeping myself physically active, I love listening to music through a carefully chosen audio setup.

I also enjoy cooking vegan meals for friends and my family.

He was a business Process and IT Consultant to the Compensation Commissioner.

Brian founded WCA Workers Compensation Assistance in 2002.
